What data we collect
Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We also collect details of your planned project: property type, floor area and project stage. We collect no data automatically and use no third-party analytics services.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used solely to contact you about your enquiry and to prepare a specification estimate. We do not pass it to third parties and do not use it for mailings you have not subscribed to.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the relevant box on the form.
How your data is transferred
The details of your enquiry are sent by email to the company's address and are not stored in the website's database. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provided.
Retention period
Your data is kept in the company's mailbox; the retention period is governed by the rules of that mailbox. On request, the correspondence containing your data is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to the address given in the “Data controller” section. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés).
